Registration Guidelines:

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you have to complete the following four steps.

Step 1:

• It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount on additional paper registration.
• In the case of the First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in the case of additional papers, 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).
• The regular fee will be charged for up to 6 pages and after that additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged.

For the authors who have difficulties paying US Dollars, from countries like Iran, please pay the fee in Euros.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
Authors have to sign (for the individual paper)registration Form, and email that in  PDF/JPG/PNG format. 
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the papers must adhere to The IASTEM double-column guidelines and must be submitted in a Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine-tuning can be done. If the author is NOT able to format The IASTEM Provides the formatting facility without any extra charges. Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after the last date of registration..
Step 4 - Registration

• After completion of registration, every participant is required to send a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us along with the Registration Form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id: info@iastem.org
• One registration is just to publish one paper and only one Author/co-author will be allowed per Registration and can get all the mentioned deliverables. If the coauthor also likes to register then each coauthor has to pay USD 200 to get registered and get all things as covered in deliverables.

Refund Policy:

• Amount can be transferred to friends or colleagues and they can participate on his/her behalf
• Registration can be transferred to another event in the organization of his/her choice
• Note: If the refund request is approved, the refund fee will be processed a week after the conference, excluding the transaction charges. *Terms & conditions apply

Visa Information:

• IASTEM will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for a tourist Visa.
• Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the refund policy of IASTEM, including the inability to obtain a visa.
