International Conference on Recent Advances in Engineering and Technology

To make our conferences more accessible to participants worldwide, we offer a Virtual Presentation option through video conferencing. This feature enables researchers, academicians, and students to present their work and engage with the conference community without the need for travel.

Benefits of Virtual Participation

1. Present your research from the comfort of your home or office.
2. Save on travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
3. Participate regardless of geographical location or visa restrictions.
4. Enjoy a flexible and convenient conference experience.
5. Interact with fellow researchers and attendees during the session.
6. Receive conference materials and documentation equivalent to those provided to physical attendees.
7. Eligible participants will receive conference certificates, proceedings access, and other conference benefits as applicable.

How It Works

1. Prepare and send your presentation slides (PPT) to the conference organizing team.
2. Download and install the Zoom application on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
3. Create a Zoom account at www.zoom.us (if you do not already have one).
4. Prior to the conference, you will receive a meeting invitation containing the Zoom link, Meeting ID, and Password.
5. Before joining, please verify your camera, microphone, audio settings, and internet connectivity.
6. Join the session at your scheduled presentation time and share your screen when prompted by the session chair.
7. You may leave the meeting after completing your presentation and Q&A session.

Presentation Time Limit: Maximum 15 Minutes
