Q1. I am a member of IASTEM. Will I get a discount, and how can I register?
Ans: Yes, the members of IASTEM will have a discount. You can contact the conference coordinator to get the special discounted registration fee.

Q2. How do I register for the virtual conference?
Ans: You can register using our online payment link same as in-person conference registration on our secure site. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free email to the program coordinator at info@iastem.org.

Q3. What is included in the registration price?
Ans: Registration fee includes lunch on the day of the conference, access to all sessions, break beverages/snacks, conference proceedings, access to speaker presentations, and a conference kit with certificates.

Q4. Is there an additional discount for groups of five or more?
Ans: Yes, there is a group discount available for five or more participants from the same organization/university. Please contact the program coordinator at info@iastem.org. for details.

Q5. I am registered, but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
Ans: You may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge, but our registration fee is non-refundable. If you want to transfer your participation, please forward the information to info@iastem.org for further guidance.

Q6. Is there any discount if I submit two research papers?
Ans: Yes, you can register your second paper with a 50% discount on the total fee.

Q7. Can you mention the university name in the receipt as they will be funding the conference?
Ans: Yes, it will be mentioned in the Invoice.

Q8. Can I pay onsite?
Ans: Yes, you can pay the registration fee on-site but the fee will be higher than the online registration fee and you need to provide us the itinerary a week before the conference.

Q9. Is it okay if I will register after the deadline?
Ans: You are not allowed to register after the last date of registration. We may consider it only if you are participating virtually.
