Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original research papers for presentation at the conference. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance to the conference themes.
Manuscript Preparation
- Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the official Conference Paper Format.
- Full papers should include an abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, figures, tables, and references, as applicable.
- Papers must be submitted in either Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
Originality Requirements
- Submitted papers must present original and unpublished research findings, whether experimental or theoretical.
- Manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and originality of their work.
- All accepted papers are subject to review, editorial revision, and formatting requirements of the conference.
Paper Length
Regular Papers
- The standard paper length is up to 6 pages, including abstract, figures, tables, and references
Additional Pages
- Manuscripts exceeding 6 pages will incur an additional charge of USD 20 per extra page.
Submission Process
- Papers must be submitted through the Electronic Submission System in either .doc/.docx or .pdf format.
- Authors are advised to ensure that all required information is complete before submission.
