Video Conferencing
To make our conferences more accessible to participants worldwide, we offer a Virtual Presentation option through video conferencing. This feature enables researchers, academicians, and students to present their work and engage with the conference community without the need for travel.

How It Works
- Prepare and send your presentation slides (PPT) to the conference organizing team.
- Download and install the Zoom application on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
- Create a Zoom account at www.zoom.us (if you do not already have one).
- Prior to the conference, you will receive a meeting invitation containing the Zoom link, Meeting ID, and Password.
- Before joining, please verify your camera, microphone, audio settings, and internet connectivity.
- Join the session at your scheduled presentation time and share your screen when prompted by the session chair.
- You may leave the meeting after completing your presentation and Q&A session.
