Partner with IASTEM for Conference Paper Publications
IASTEM welcomes collaboration proposals from academic journal publishers, editors, reviewers, and publication managers interested in publishing high-quality research presented at our international conferences.
Through this partnership, selected conference papers may be considered for publication in collaborating journals after undergoing the journal's standard peer-review and editorial process. Authors may also be invited to submit extended versions of their conference papers for journal publication.

Publication Terms
- Publication fees and processing arrangements will be governed by the mutually agreed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or collaboration agreement.
- Where applicable, IASTEM may facilitate or support Article Processing Charges (APCs) as per the agreed terms.
Journal Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for collaboration, journals should meet the following requirements:
- The journal should be indexed in recognized international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, EI Compendex, DOAJ, ESCI, SCI, SSCI, or equivalent indexing services.
- The journal should have a proven publication history with a minimum of three years of continuous operation.
- The journal should maintain a transparent peer-review and publication process.
- The journal should adhere to recognized ethical publishing standards and best practices.
