1. I CAN'T PAY VIA CREDIT CARD. CAN I PAY VIA BANK DEPOSIT ?
Yes, you can make offline transfers through a bank or western union. To get the details please mail us at info@iastem.org.
2. DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we have:-
- Early Bird Discounts
- Discounts for Members
- Group Discount
- Virtual Conference Discount
To avail of the discounts contact the conference coordinator while initiating the registration.
3. CAN I ATTEND AS A LISTENER ?
Yes, you can attend as a listener. Send your full name, designation and affiliation to info@iastem.org.
4. WHAT INCLUDES IN THE REGISTRATION FEE ?
Attendance Certificate, Conference Proceedings, Journal Publication, virtual attendance, conference photos and videos, lunch-breakfast on the conference day.
5. DO YOU PROVIDE ACCOMODATION ?
We do not provide accommodation or travel grants.
6. DO YOU PROVIDE INVITATION LETTER ?
Yes, we do provide invitation letter to support visa process after conference registration.
7. DO YOU PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP ?
No, we do not have such facility.
8. HOW CAN I JOIN AS A EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBER ?
You can send your CV and recent photographs to info@iastem.org.
9. DO YOU CONTACT EMBASSY ?
Yes, in some circumstances.
10. CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE ?
Yes, you can. Send your request to info@iastem.org before the last date of registration.
11. IS REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDABLE ?
No, it is not. But you can transfer your registration fee to any of your desired conference within 2 years. In some scenarios we do consider partial refund.
12. WHAT WILL BE THE LANGUAGE OF THE CONFERENCE ?
All the talks, panels and Q&A will be done only in English.
13. WHERE IS THE EVENT VENUE ?
It will be announced 15 days prior to the conference.
14. HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE VIRTUALLY ?
You can confirm us the same after registration to get the zoom meeting link.
15. CAN I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT ON THE SAME DAY ?
No, on the spot registration services are temporarily closed.
16. WHEN CAN I GET THE CONFERENCE SCHEDULE ?
A week before the conference the schedule will be sent to all the participants via mail.
17. IS PUBLICATION IN SCOPUS JOURNAL INCLUDES IN THE REGISTRATION FEE ?
No, Scopus Indexed Journals publication requires additional charges other than the conference registration fee. Only selected papers gets published in Scopus Journals. For mor information send an email to info@iastem.org.
